The mission of the National Black Lives Matter Museum will be a non-profit organization that will preserve the rich legacy of African-Americans yesterday, today, and tomorrow. It is our mission to be recognized as a national and international model for innovative documentation, interpretation, presentation, and preservation of Black American history, art, social justice, and culture locally and globally.
The goal of the National Black Lives Matter Museum is to build a 35,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art highly interactive complex that will tell the history of African-Americans.
The goal of the National Black Lives Matter Museum will be part of the Hall of Fame Sports & Entertainment Village complex that will be built at 101 R&B Hall of Fame Blvd in the Historical City of Marks, Quitman County Mississippi, which will also feature the National Rhythm & Blues Hall of Fame that honor likes of B.B. King, Aretha Franklin, James Brown, Prince, Michael Jackson, and this one-of-a-kind entertainment complex will also have the National Sports Hall of Fame that will showcase sports legends like Babe Ruth, Joe Louis, Jim Brown, Muhammad Ali, Michael Jordan, Joe Namath, and Serena Williams.
